This is light enough for salad dressing, but fantastic on shellfish, light meats and cheeses. A perfect zesty verde sauce.
INGREDIENTS: Cider vinegar, jalapenos 20%, orange, lime, ginger, garlic, spring onion, spinach, demerara sugar, coriander, rapeseed oil, sea salt.
