Dorset Chilli - Old Fashioned - Seville & Blood Orange Marmalade with Bourbon Whiskey & Habanero Chilli

A stunning mix of Seville & blood oranges, with Bourbon whiskey & habanero chilli peppers. Excellent with duck, cheeses, and of course toast and butter! Has a touch of bitterness from added cranberries. Perfect all year round. 

INGREDIENTS: sugar, blood orange (13%), Seville orange, water, cranberries, bourbon whiskey (3%), habanero chilli (2%), lemon, apple pectin.

STORAGE: In a cool dry place, once opened, refriedgerate and use within 12 weeks.

SUGGESTED USES: have with Christmas turkey, cold cuts, and cheeses, or enjoy just with toast and butter.
