Dorset Chilli - Wild & Wilder - Habanero Chilli & Wild Garlic Sea Salt

Harvested in March, the wild garlic is then pureed, mixed with the sea salt and dehydrated, leaving wonderful green crystals. Thats not it though, as in September along come the red habanero, which go through the same process. A 50/50 blend of these two is a lovely mix.

Ingredients:
Sea Salt 80%, Habanero Chilli 10%, Wild Garlic 10%

Storage: In a cool dry place.

Suggested uses: Pizza seasoning, fish, meats, chunky chips, vegetables.
