A super versatile sauce with a perfect blend of sweet, sour and spice!  Intensely aromatic...the first thing that hits you is the smell!  Fruity sweet and sour notes, garlic and warm spice flavours, with a nice 'everyday' medium heat from the scotch bonnets.
 
This is perfect as a straight dipping sauce for the table, or great brushed on chicken for the bbq!
