Dorset Chilli - Jammy - Soft Set Chilli Jam

An amazing compliment to any meal, simply on toast is great but better yet, cheese on toast, crackers, use instead of apple sauce on roast pork its wicked, cold meat or hot its the bomb! Inside the summer BBQ burger, the possibilities are endless.....cake!!! lots of different cakes, including the one pictured. Tropical Carrot Cake. But you could use it in a Victoria Sponge or a Chocolate Mocha Cake. 


Ingredients: sugar, red peppers, red chilli (12%), apple, cider vinegar, lemon juice, pectin.

Storage: In a cool dry place. Once opened refrigerate and use within 12 weeks.

Suggested uses: enjoy with teacakes, scones and cheese.
