Incinerator - Oak Smoked Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil Infused with Chilli

This wonderfully flavoursome oil is unlike most chilli oils which are heated to infuse the smoked chillies, its has in fact been cold oak smoked, and then chilli extract introduced. So you have a deep rich smoked oil, with chilli. Fantastic on pizza, seared fish, with balsamic and sea salt to dip your breads, and perfect to make your own pesto. Retains all the omega oils as it hasn't been heated. Spicy but not too overpowering. Nutritional information as seen on image. Simple ingredients are cold pressed oak smoked rapeseed oil, chilli extract.
