A delicate white wine vinegar, freshly squeezed sweet carrot juice, roasted garlic and a fresh twist of lime all come together to make our Hedgehog Chilli Sauce taste oh so Mexican. 
A pleasant burn to go with the Hedgehog's vibrant taste and a perfect match for its animal mascot. And, Mexican as it may be, this sauce also goes with Chinese stir-fry and sweet and sour, Italian dishes, like pizza, or even a classic full English. In fact, it's an ideal multi-purpose sauce, fit for almost any application!
