Vengeance - Lemongrass, Ginger & Chilli Infused Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil

This delicate extra virgin cold pressed rapeseed oil, from the fields of the Chiltern HIlls, becomes ravaged by the reaper, infused with lemongrass, ginger & chilli extracts. It's actually a wonderful oil not too fierce, the label pretends a lot more heat, but this is beautiful on chargrilled prawns. Paired with Dew from The Chilli Alchemist its reminiscent of a Thai green sauce, which can dress you favourite salad. On it's own, searing fish, or use as a finishing oil.

Ingredients are kept simple with rapeseed oil, chilli extract, lemongrass extract, ginger extract. Nutritional information is in the image.
