Dorset Chilli - Viper - Lemon Marmalade with Viper Gin & Tonic

This Sicilian lemon marmalade is enhanced with Dorset's Viper gin and the finest tonic water, plus a generous amount of yellow seven-pot habanero chilli pepper, named seven-pot as that's exactly how many pots on the stove one pepper can heat! Lovely with morning toast to wake you up or as an addition to a strong cheese board.
